The ‘process’ stayed at home

The known as a process moves already with slow and tired steps. Be careful, do not get confused. I’m not referring to the independence supporters. At the moment this feeling is still alive and, until another election day does not say the opposite, with two million militants in scattered intensity. But the process, as a space for citizen living, of a compartment of feelings and sensations, of an exciting project, even if it was nowhere, makes water. Notice what I am going to write: the Civil Guard registered the Palau de la Generalitat yesterday. This expression, which had excited the so-called hyperventilators of the processism last October, today sounds anodyne and almost without substance after all that happened during these four long months.

It is true that in the afternoon there were mobilizations. Radicals have existed for a long time. Barcelona has experienced extreme situations. From those extreme days of the European summits in Barcelona, to the occupations of type building in Plaza de Cataluña with the plundering of stores and cars of the city Guard set afire. But the process has been characterized by a certain relaxation in the street and this one stayed at home.
